- Write the tender documents.
- Participate in the opening of tenders.
- Assist in the awarding of Tenders.
- We inspect all materials and supervise the installation on behalf of the Client.

Consultation In The Rehabilitation/Modernization of Old Lifts
- We give estimated costs.
- Draw the technical specifications.
- We draw up a list of what needs to be changed and what parts to be retained.
- We inspect all materials and supervise the modernization on behalf of the Client.
- We give an estimated duration of good service the overhauled/modernized lifts or escalators will give.
- We inspect all materials and supervise the installation on behalf of the Client.
